Welcome to KyberChat, a privacy-forward communication platform developed and maintained by WhiteAcre Software. Our mission is to hand users total ownership over their personal identity and digital footprint. Traditional systems force you to give up phone numbers and contact books—we believe you should keep them to yourself.

Security is not just a policy—it is our architecture. KyberChat implements hybrid end-to-end (E2E) encryption. Because of this zero-knowledge engineering standard, WhiteAcre Software and KyberChat have absolutely no mechanism to decrypt, intercept, or access your chat messages, audio data, video feeds, or files under any circumstances. You hold the keys, and the server knows nothing.

In order to route and relay your encrypted messages effectively, the platform processes minimal network routing metadata (such as temporary account identifiers). However, this operational data is kept strictly decoupled from any real-world identifiers. All lookups and search indices on our database are heavily hashed client-side, ensuring we store no contacts, no logs, and no trackable personal profiles. We do not sell or share any information with third parties.

WhiteAcre Software operates strictly within the framework of United States law. We will respond only to valid, binding court orders or search warrants issued by US Federal or state governments. However, because our systems are cryptographically zero-knowledge by design, we possess no unencrypted data, message transcripts, or keys to provide to law enforcement, ensuring your mathematical rights remain safe.

We update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect emerging cryptographic benchmarks and platform changes. If there are significant updates, prominent alerts will be made available both on our public website and inside the KyberChat application. All historical versions remain archived for public audit.
